Shipping & Delivery

At OnlyON, we are currently keeping it local. To ensure the best service and quality, we personally handle our deliveries to make sure your supplements arrive safely at your door.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively to the Auckland region. * If you are located outside of Auckland, our checkout will not currently show a shipping option.

  • We are working hard to partner with nationwide couriers soon—stay tuned as we expand!

2. Delivery Times & Process

Because we hand-deliver your orders, we can often get your products to you faster than a standard courier.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Window: Once processed, we will deliver your items directly to your provided address.

  • Arrival: You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Local Delivery Fee: $5.00 flat rate or Free for orders over $100.

  • This fee covers the personal handling and transport of your order within the Auckland area.

4. Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to access your property (e.g., locked gates or no safe place to leave the package), we will contact you to rearrange a time.

Business Note: We take pride in delivering your gear ourselves. If you have specific delivery instructions (like "leave behind the blue planter"), please let us know in the order notes! We believe in clear communication and will always do our best to get your order to you without a hitch.
